The Leadership Team Development Programme is a minimum one day immersive team session, integrating your business requirements and objectives. Topics covered throughout the day include:

- Supporting and Challenging 

- Feedback

- Action Planning and ownership

Additional optional topics include:

- Colleague Survey on leadership team 

- Authenticity

- Storytelling

- Coaching skills workshop

- Individual Purpose and Values

A follow up session will  then be organised for 3 months after the initial session for review of each of the elements covered (optional half day or full day)

This programme is dedicated to your businesses current leaders, and the leaders of the future

As someone who progressed within a large organisation at pace, I recognise how steep the development curve can be as individuals progress into leadership roles without often having the full understanding of what it involves. They can operate with more autonomy, need to manage priorities and feedback, but this can often mean that they are not immediately comfortable with being themselves in the role, and can struggle to handle change. We want all  leaders to progress to being unconsciously competent as soon as possible. Working through these individual challenges as they start to, or even before they embark on this transition into leadership can be critical. From a business perspective; the quicker the individual becomes comfortable in the role, the sooner they will have an impact on your business.

This programme is comprised of a recommended minimum of 6 individual 60 minute coaching sessions held on a 1:1 basis with clients over Zoom, and can also be arranged in person (location and travel costs permitting). 

Configuration of the sessions can also be adapted to suit, e.g. 6 x 60 minutes, 4 x 90 minutes.

A free 30 minutes introductory call is also arranged with all prospective clients to ensure right fit with Alan as a coach

- A block booking of 6 sessions costs £450 

- A block booking of 12 sessions costs £880
