About me

I am a passionate and dedicated Business and Professional Development coach based in Market Harborough in the UK. I have spent more than 15 years in organisations leading teams through significant change, adversity, and innovation in FTSE 100 and 250 companies including Sainsburys, Argos and WHSmith. I have experienced first-hand the rapid personal development journey that comes with becoming a senior leader, and I believe that the critical foundations of any organisation today and for tomorrow is it's People. Supporting leaders through this development journey and having the foresight to manage talent effectively is a necessity.

I am a certified coach with an advanced Diploma in Tranformative Coaching with the Animas Centre for Coaching, which is accredited   by the most prestigious bodies in the field of Coaching, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

 As a transformative coach, my mission is to empower individuals to unlock their true potential and achieve growth in their professional lives. I firmly believe that every person possesses unique talents and capabilities that are waiting to be nurtured and finessed. Through my coaching, I strive to guide my clients on a transformative journey, enabling them to break through self-imposed limitations, overcome challenges, and reach unprecedented heights of success. 

All of the work I do is inspired by my Purpose; Achievements Beyond Beliefs. It is my mission in life to help others to reach their goals, to surpass their limiting beliefs, and to reach happiness in their lives,  whatever they may decide to do.

Together, we will uncover your unique strengths, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to propel you towards your desired outcomes.
